2025 Mid-Year Concert
The Mid-Year Concert is an annual event hosted by DeBase Music Centre to celebrate the diverse talents of our students.
This event provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to perform items
they are working on in their lessons.
2025 NZ Music Month
DeBase Music Centre hosted three notable events during NZ Music Month (May); The Piano Showcase, Open Mic Night and Singing quest! The annual Piano Showcase, where our grade 4 to diploma-level piano students practice performing their exam pieces to an audience, was a success. Everyone played beautifully! Secondly, Our first Open Mic Night, where members of the wider Auckland music community and those from DeBase joined together to share their love of music, was fantastic! There were so many talented performers and supportive audience members who made the night so enjoyable! Finally, our first Singing Quest, a vocal performance challenge for DeBase Music Centre students, to showcase their talent and win prizes! We were so impressed with all the performances! Congratulations to our prize winners, who each won free lessons at DeBase Music Centre.
2024 End of Year Concert
The End-of-Year Concert is an annual event organised by DeBase Music Centre to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our music, speech, and drama students. This event fosters a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to perform the pieces they have practised over the year to their family, friends, and tutors!
